6 weeks down & 8 to go!

I nearly went into a panic when  saw the scales yesterday morning.  After a full on week exercise wise the scale was telling me I’d only lost 0.4 kg. Thankfully I knew that scale weight really is irrelevant. I was still a bit concerned that my efforts were not going to be rewarded. I had to wait til last night to do my measurements to determine what was actually going on.

As it turns out I had lost another 1% bodyfat!! Even though I had only lost 0.4kg on the scale I had put on 0.7kg of nice lean muscle and lost 1.1 kg of ugly body fat!!!

To be honest, I would have been a bit disappointed if my results were poor as I had really stepped up my cardio and weights this week.

To date that makes my total weight loss of 5.1kg with fat loss at 6.6kg and LBM increase of 1.5kg!

I still have a long way to go but every aspect of my health and fitness in on the improve.
