That’s It! My Burn The Fat Challenge Is Over.

After 14 weeks following Tom Venuto’s Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle Program I am proud to announce my results for the 14 week challenge.
My scale weight went from 101.6 kg to 93.9 kg. This however is not a true indication of my success as my bodyfat went from 34% to 25% & total bodyfat lost was 11 kg. I also managed to gain 3.3 kg of nice healthy muscle.
I have also managed to lose 15.5cm off my waist, 10cm off my hips & 7.5cm off my chest.
As of Saturday, which is only 5 days after the completion of the challenge the weight is still coming off. My bodyfat is now 24% and my total bodyfat lost is now 12.2kg.
Am I happy with these results? You bet I am. The great thing is now is that this is now second nature to me. I will continue to eat 5-6 meals per day during the week. If I happen to get a bit lazy on the weekend and don’t quite manage that many meals I can live with that. The most important thing is that the ball is rolling. Unlike every other diet, (not that this is a diet) I would have been “hanging out” to get back to my old ways by now. The great thing is that once you master the principles of Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle it becomes part of your day to day life without too much inconvenience.
I am so grateful to Both Tom & Craig for running the challenge.
As previously stated when I look back, I’m sure that this will prove to be a major turning point in my life.
If you have some extra pounds to lose I highly recommend you consider BFFM. Admittedly, the book is a big read. However, if you can master the basics from it you CAN & will finally lose those unwanted pounds.
