After much deliberation I have decided to reveal my before and after photos from the Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle Challenge 2010. Keep in mind that this is not the finished product. This is merely a work in progress. My decision to reveal these pictures is based on the hope that it may motivate others to do the same so please try not to laugh too hard.

I drink water only- funny you ask - I had a Gatordade today for the first time in years- a friend suggested I should get better hydrated- electrolytes- I actually may do this as a routine- once per day. Vic
Vic, you talked about what to eat and such outside of your workout but i was wondering, during your workout do you drink anything special? Gatorade, powerade, vitamin water? Or do you just drink regular water? Thanks, your videos are a big help
Hey Vic, you mentioned in your DVD that you do cardio before your workout. If I'm trying to lose a bit of belly fat, should i do cardio earlier on in the day? Or will walking for 20 minutes at an incline do the job?

For me _ this isn't slow- it is a good pace. I rest about a minute to 1 and 1/2 minutes between sets. Victor
